Lo que no cabe en los periódicos. viernes, 16 de octubre de 2009 DOS EXCEPCIONALES CANCIONES DE SOLIDARIDAD PARA QUÉ ESTÁN LOS AMIGOS Y EL MUNDO SOMOS NOSOTROS Hoy, para descansar de tanto desvarío y de tanto abuso, traigo a este blog dos grandes canciones, que podrán escuchar viendo a los artistas cantarlas. Las dos canciones tienen rasgos comunes: 1º)  Musicalmente excelentes; 2º) Corales; 3º) Interpretadas por cantantes extraordinarios; 4º) Hablan de amistad, hermandad, alegría y esfuerzo personal; 5º) Levantan el ánimo y buscan promover la solidaridad. Por orden cronológico de composición, la primera canción es “That's What Friends Are For”. La componen en 1982 Burt Bacharach y Carole Bayer Sager. Una de ellas es el establecimiento de un Deliberation Day, una jornada festiva previa a cualquier cita electoral que serviría para organizar reuniones de ciudadanos donde éstos pudieran debatir sobre cuestiones políticas, intercambiar puntos de vista y, en definitiva, conformar mejor su posición como paso previo a un ejercicio más responsable y por ello más eficaz del derecho al voto. Cualquiera que haya estado siquiera unas horas en las concentraciones que espontáneamente se han ido diseminando por la geografía española no puede evitar asociar inmediatamente esta propuesta con el debate cívico y los intercambios de información y opinión que se vienen produciendo en las acampadas ciudadanas. ¡Los españoles hemos montado el Deliberation Day antes que nadie y sin ser... ...
