... El diario británico Financial Times publicó el viernes pasado (22 de octubre) el especial que recoge los resultados del ranking FT Innovative Lawyers 2009 . El nivel de sofisticación de estos premios impresiona. Son muchas las categorías a las que es posible presentar una candidatura. Se premian en total 18 categorías . Estoy convencida de que sólo la comprensión, análisis, selección y presentación de candidaturas al premio ha tenido bien ocupados durante muchas horas a los responsables de los despachos que se han presentado.  La consultora RSG es la encargada de realizar la investigación necesaria para construir el ranking e identificar a los mejores. Los propios despachos y abogados de empresa son los responsables de remitir sus candidaturas, que son posteriormente evaludadas por expertos. Google suma su tecnología 3D de Sketchup , empleada en el modelaje de Google Earth , a una interfaz sencilla y colaborativa de creación de espacios virtuales. La apariencia de la web de Lively recuerda en cierto modo a Orkut , la comunidad virtual fallida de Google, aunque la filosofía es diametralmente distinta. Tanto Lively como Orkut son foros de microcomunidades; la diferencia reside en que Lively aporta interacción directa e inmediata de los usuarios, integración de aplicaciones y la posibilidad de creación original, aparte, claro está de la sensación tridimensional de las salas al más puro estilo de los videojuegos modernos.
