Pues ya hemos inaugurado el congreso.Las instalaciones del DTI Conference Center dejan un poquito que desear, (por muy cerquita que se esté de Buckingham palace, del Big Ben o de la Abadía de Westminster). No hay red de wi-fi y las salas son un poquito justitas de confortabilidad.   La organización bastante buena como siempre en los eventos de la IFA. Aunque se echa de menos los grandes hoteles americanos donde uno puede hacer todo, (conferenciar, dormir y comer sin moverse del sitio en mil espacios diferentes,)…pero esto es London!!!!. La presentación ha ido a cargo de los Presidentes de la IFA y de la BFA, en una “Global session” dedicada al “Global Branding” en la que hemos tenido como speaker a Kirk Kinsell , presidente de Intercontinental Hotels Group, cadena que franquicia con siete marcas y que nos ha explicado los entresijos de su variada y completa expansión internacional.Ha sido realmente interesante conocer la experiencia de este franquiciador internacional ...
